After the NA data world's issues my token app has unsynched (again) only this time the emergency removal password is not working and I now cannot play until the phone centres open up again. I'm now at work, won't be home in time and won't be able to use the phone helpline until possibly next weekend as the token is on my tablet connected to my home wifi. Why can you not have 24 hr phone centres? I kinda wanted to play now as I can't sleep!
