If you want to prove to others that you aren't utterly and unreasonably fuming mad over losing a lottery you would stop posting in this thread.

You're clearly not paid to talk or negotiate IRL. You've got no points. You've got no counters. All you can do is call cheats when you've run dry.
And now you say that pro-lottery players are the ones whining for freebies. Your chances of winning each week are one in TEN THOUSAND. I don't know how that went over your head (or the rest for that matter) but hey it did. So it bears repeating. Even if you do win, that's like... a free Fenrir. Again a novelty. And then you get right back to working... if you want to.
Your idea of saturating MGP by giving it out randomly (possibly rewarding people who have more idle-time at the GC at that), but not wanting freebies is completely backwards. There's no way that it isn't. I need to put a cap on how much logic I throw at you.
I say skip the bunnies and send the MP directly to my mailbox.

You can stop ranting. It does not change anything. You're clearly not paid to talk or negotiate IRL. You've got no points. You've got no counters. All you can do is call cheats when you've run dry.

It's going to be interesting what changes they make next week. Not just for the actual changes, but to see the actual reaction to those changes.
Everyone! Popcorn at the ready!

You buy the game for 40$, or whatever, you get a free month to play. You can easily, in that month, enjoy leveling to 50 as the class you choose, enjoy all the story SE has to offer up to the main scenario Ultima fight, Get a tad of closure(or a tease of whats to come- no spoiler) from the credits cutscene. Fin. You now got your 40$ of gaming experience like any other game you'd choose to buy and play imo, now any content after the main scenario is for ppl who want to stick around and enjoy what this game offers besides, and now you're paying monthly to enjoy that. Welcome to the MMORPG Robin- key there is the RolePlayingGame Affix, centralized around a RNG system since the genre was brought to the tabletop by D&D in the 70s(difference is you rolled the dice, stay with me here), and implemented in EVERY RPG since. FF1 utilized the RNG system, FF15 will utilize the RNG system, we are not being kicked in the face by SE as you put it, because SE isn't forcing you to do anything you don't want to. So stop ranting and go play something that gives instant gratification, like Duck Hunt.Question is, how long you can kick your customers into the face with RNG and grind, until their feelings toward the game, even if they loved it before, are getting darker or change to frustrated. Since it is FF and Square, this MMO got a lot of bonus points and many parts of the game added some more. And then they waste those points for something pointless like that?
If people don't want to do specific content, you should make this content more fun, not try to force them to do it. Especially when they get no insight in the system behind it and begin to feel mocked. Most people don't play that much as your and some others do. Most FF14 players don't rush through the content. Making it harder for the 24/7 players just means, that it becomes annoying for the 4/5 and insane for the 2/3 players.
