Looking For Company

Myself (lvl 32 Dragoon) and my friend (lvl 50 White Mage, 47 Bard(she mostly plays as a mage) are looking to join a company in Malboro. I've personally been in 8-10 free companies and can't seem to find the right fit. Looking for a company with members that aren't too full of themselves but are motivated enough to want to play dungeons and raids. We don't expect people to drop what they're doing to help with something, but if we're all at similar points in the story or need some exp, it would be beneficial to help when we can.
We were playing a dungeon recently and the tank messaged to us, "DD's: don't steal my agro keep out of my way. Healer: do your job and keep me alive."
That's the kind of thing we want to avoid.
I know not to get in the way and my mage friend knows to cast buffs and to make the tank the main priority. We don't want to upset the balance of a party by running ahead.
In short: looking to join free company full of cool people.

I suggest posting on the sub forum for your server instead of the company forum, you'll have better luck there.
