Error With SE Maintenance Team Planning Maintenance on NA servers during NA Primetime

There seems to be an error with the SE maintenance team, or perhaps with their clocks that is affecting their ability to use common sense when planning maintenance. It is creating a problem where maintenance on North American servers is often planned during prime playing hours in North America, instead of during off-hours when no one would normally be playing anyway. Since this causes great inconvenience to paying customers, it must be an error, and it could easily be fixed by planning maintenance later at night.

And by not telling us that we would be able to log back in when we clearly can't. 2 hours and counting now since I got booted.

Every gaming company performs emergency maintenance.

However tonight's maintenance should have been announced and scheduled differently. Having the NA data center not accessible at all shouldn't have happened over the weekend and understandably people are upset about it. Let's just hope SE finds a way for us to actually log into the game, as announced prior instead of having us wait till 3am PST.

Seems like they fixed one problem but I try to log in with my character Kieren Dohla and the past 15 minutes I've been getting error 3102 "You are already logged in...please wait a few 'moments'". Well it's 15 minutes and counting. D:

This wasn't emergency maintenance. This maintenance was planned and announced many days in advance. It was intentionally scheduled for the time when the most people would be trying to play on NA servers. Someone needs to be fired, because this happens regularly. Maintenance should never start before at the earliest 12 AM PST for NA servers. Just common sense.
