I was pondering, would the minion from Midgardsormr grow up to be the dragon mount shown in the few trailers?

The color seems to be similar, it's said to be central to the plot in 3.0 and would help on Midge to "watch over you".

I have my suspicions it could be Midgardsormr. I have a feeling that he will become convinced to bet on the Warrior of Light. I'll be interested if it comes at a cost to him. Perhaps the reason he is the size he is, assuming it was him, could be because he is reborn early. It would certainly seem a downgrade for him and it doesn't look like he's going to just be stepping in on our behalf and solving everything.

Pretty sure his new body just taking it's time to grow up again. It may be a long time before he can even help you fight with the other dragons.

I suspect by the time we acquire it we will already be some pretty major political upheaval and possibly some shifting of opinions.

I'm pretty sure it's Midgardsormr, it makes sense considering they felt the need to give us all a minion with literal story implications.
