Triple Triad - Active Help Windows

To make Triple Triad rules easier to understand for new comers, could it be possible to implement a set of Active Help Windows for Triple Triad and each individual TT rule?

Currently, looking at the complete set of TT rules can be done at Gold Saucer, whilst individual TT rules can be reviewed whilst a game is currently playing with the rule in effect.

The rules, however, appear as just a large paragraph, which can be unclear to some players, especially if they have dyslexia or anything similar. And travelling back to Gold Saucer to review all the rules can become tedious.

A series of Active Help Windows can allow the player to learn TT rule wherever they are in Eorzea, and have a step-by-step visual display/demonstration of how the rules work.

Not to mention that if you're trying to figure out a rule while playing it, your turn is ticking down. It would be very helpful to have an Active Help option for this.
