    Kind of understandable. PS3 isn't too popular nowadays and i guess JP and NA would be the best selling points.
    I've said this elsewhere already but:

    There's another possibility actually. I remember that Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening didn't have a physical version in Europe too. At the time people said that it was a policy of Sony Europe that expansions couldn't have a physical release. Might be the same thing here, but don't take my word for it.
