• Will take about 3hrs to complete non-stop
• FCoB will be put into DF. (Echo will come after 2.55-2 in those small QoL patches.)
• Removing limit for WoD looting rules.
• Increase of MGP payout from GS events.
• TT tournament nerfs to Win-Trade
• Nerf to TT NPC's that are "too strong."

Patches will happen as well after 2.55 part 2, mostly QoL, Hotfixes, etc. No actual content.

It's worth mentioning that another tidbit which came out of the live letter is you will need to be up to speed on the story, that is everything up to and including 2.55 storyline quests, in order to enter Ishgard when the Heavensward expansion hits.

If you've been neglecting the story for other grinds, it might be worth taking some time to get them done.

Final Coil in Duty Finder will probably not go so well with randoms. Some people are in for a very rude awakening if they thought T5 and T9 was hard. They won't have echo right away either.

That would seem to imply that minimum expected ilevel for entry into Heavensward will be around i100.

If they butcher Final Coil with nerfs and echo, I have no idea what raiders will do for the next 3 months. Doesn't seem wise to take away the only current raid content available.

Is the TT tournament change confirmed for the 31 ? Not before as a hotfix ?

Depends on if "Final Coil in the DF" includes nerfs or not, I suppose. In it's current state: T10 is the most possible, T11 will be Wipefest 2015, T12 you might get a fluke and have all exp players, and T13 is just not happening. I don't think it's wise to use DF at the start anyway, better to make learning/farm groups in PF.

Oh no not more main quests, they are one of the more boring aspects in this game imo. And they are required to do certain content. It's just so silly.
Especially if you like me have multiple level 50 characters and need to talk to npcs for 3 hours+ just to be able to do a dungeon/trial.

They should make the main quest optional cause some of us don't like running around like a sillyhead talking to everyone

They said that there would be mini qol patches after that would add stuff like echo, just like 2nd coil was untouched for a few weeks, but yea the nerfs comming maybe sometime late april.

Well when it goes into duty finder people can max out all their jobs to 130 in a couple days then we won't have anything to do reguardless.
