This does suck though, was this maintenance even announced? I understand problems come up and they need to be fixed, and that they can't please everyone. I guess I am just butthurt that this is on a Saturday night, on a night that my husband and I both took off from work just so we could play together, and now that has gone to shit.

I guess I just didn't see it then, it still sucks though. Cause why not do this on Saturday night, I'm sure people who have to work all week and pay for subs don't plan to play on the weekend.

Ok guys, I am happy to report I am able to log in finally.

I was finally able to go to the character creation screen, and right before I confirm the new character, I backed out and was able to log in. This may work for some of you, I hope so.

you can try creating a new character on the same realm if there's no restriction at the moment, or you can log in another character that you might have on the realm already. You still will get the error message but after completely closing the client afterwards some players are able to log into their main characters. Just don't que for anything or you end up with the same issue again.

Luna thank you so much that worked perfectly. I logged in, selected my character, clicked on her to log in but clicked cancel. Closed Client. Than relaunched and BOOM I was in! Youre awesome!

Yeap that is exactly what I did, worked perfectly. Just can't queue anything up.
