Stuck in game with 2002

Hoping someone can give some advice, or may know what we need to do. I've searched but have found nothing helpful.

My husband and I were queued up in the duty finder for PvP, after we accepted, started zoning in and DC'd. Now we are getting the 2002 error and can't log in.

A friend says we are still logged in though, and have been for over an hour. From what I have found, when you LD and are stuck in world you will usually get error 3102, not 2002. We have also tried going into the data center to change worlds, to see if we could make a new character, we can't do that either. Can't seem to get past the start up screen.

Any help or advice would be super greatly appreciated.

They are doing maintenance. This is a big issue a lot of people are having, including myself. Whoever thought it was a good idea to do maintenance on a Saturday night is a fool.

Thanks for the response. I just want to make sure I understand, they are performing maintenance without bringing the servers down, while people are still logged in? I ask because we seem to be the only ones in our FC having problems.

And I agree, Saturday night seems a very poor choice to do this.

The hilarious part is that they don't need to investigate, they just need to stop their maintenance and reschedule it for a time that makes sense.
