Uh, pretty sure this proves gameplay is not possible for the people who got booted because we can't log in.

New to the game and at this moment am regretting even starting. Looking online, this happens a lot it seems.

DO NOT DO INSTANCE CONTENT. If you're online right now you can stay online but you can't do anything in an instance or the game will boot you. Once you're offline the game won't let you back on at all. If you're online and want to keep playing you have to stick to content that keeps you on your server. Hopefully SE will fix this soon...

New here. Does SE ever wander by these kinds of threads and tell us what's happening -- and why, despite assurances, we can't "log in again"? Or is that another final fantasy? I'm trying to decide whether to move on to something else tonight.

Wow, really, guys? I get that you're frustrated; I am too. I was in the middle of an RP event (my own character's bachelor party, even!) when I had to restart my game to get sound back and found out I couldn't log in again. But threatening to quit over this? Seriously?

Go play another game for an evening, come back in the morning, and all will be well again.

Me too. I got booted upon leaving a dungeon and now I keep getting this error. I've been trying over an hour now.

Rly tho I wonder why the language in the maint post made it seem as if we could just log back in during a 6 hour maint...?
