You won't get to keep your house of you transfer, they won't kick someone else out of theirs so you can keep yours. Its been known for awhile that they were looking into moving the EU servers to an actual EU datacenter, not sure why someone from Australia would pick an EU server to begin with really. Not much you can do at this point though.
