How this game works: Ask a random question (hopefully pertaining to FFXIV or Final Fantasy in general), be it something you're curious about or just don't know, and if you feel inclined to, answer someone else's question if you know the answer! I'll go first:

Why is that you get a unicorn mount as a reward for leveling up a conjurer to level 30, but no other classes get a mount reward at level 30? Just curious, not complaining, since I plan on leveling conjurer anyways, to see how it plays differently from my main class, scholar.

They added this as an incentive to get more people leveling White mage, it helped out the low level queues pretty well around the time it was implemented. For a similar reason they added special mounts for both tanks jobs to incentivize queueing for high level raids/etc.

Why do only Coil and Extreme primals count toward the tank mounts? Surely, any post-50 content should count if they really wanted to get people into tanking.
