Sorry to hear of your troubles. I can relate and finding the right FC is pretty hard.

From what I've seen, Besaid has a couple of Dutchies running around so you could always try there. No idea if there's any Dutch FCs but maybe you could ask around in the server's forum.

As for the world transfer fee, it costs about $18 per transfer.
