I bought game on both PC & PS4, now I buy expansion on both too ?!!

I need help with this part here.
Explain to me why I need to pay for sub and HW at the same time.
Say my sub ends at the same time whichcall comes out. Why they not give me a free 30 like they did XIV: ARR?
Makes no sense to me.
Would like an explanation. [Seriously, I don't get why they didn't add another 30.]

I really have no idea what you're even asking. Are you asking why you have to pay for a subscription and an expansion? Because the subscription is for access to the game itself. The expansion is additional content.
