Why can boss fights be started while first-timers are watching the cutscene?

For those saying that the party should be locked out of boss fights when someone is viewing a CS forgets a very important detail.

You know, the stuff you have to actually click to continue....

This is the first and only reasonable point about CS not skipping for all.
Yes the text must go ahead itself after a reasonable time, to avoid afk or troll locking.

It already happens on some part of main scenario cs, so I guess will not be hard to have it happen everywhere.

P.S. For anyone complaining about farming times: DF for farming? Are you serious? Make a party and spam some high level.
