Am I doing something wrong, or is this just the worst RNG luck ever? (quick ventures)

I've been sending my ilvl 101 Archer retainer out on quick ventures consistently for 3 weeks now. pretty much every hour that I'm awake, give or take a couple days around Christmas. I've spent somewhere around 300 ventures and I *still* haven't seen a single Pure White or Jet Black dye. I've got 8 each of Metallic Gold and Silver, but none of the others. This is super frustrating because I just want one freaking Pure White dye for my wedding dress! I get rare items and low chances, but 3 weeks of continuous venturing? That's a bit ridiculous >.<

Thought those drop from the 18 hr XIV and XV ventures.

Nope, all 4 dyes are from quick ventures. Have to have an item level of 80 or above for DoW/DoM. Not sure what the crafting/gathering classes need.

Don't feel bad, my retainer is il98 and I've yet to see any of the dye's either.

All I've received has been 8 jet black. I just want silver, been at it for 2 weeks, maybe 60 ventures. My retainers are i82 and i83, maybe you need to drop their ilevel to low 80's, could be gated, possibly why I haven't received anything other than black.

just RNG. I have like 12 gold and 8 black dyes and none of the silver or white.

Lol. So funny I've been doing ventures with two of my four retainers in the 90-ish ilvl range and never seen a pot of metallic silver, jet black, pure white or gold since they gave me the metallic gold pots from the fix...

i hear you op, they really need to back off the 1gil ink and quill crap and up the odds for the things they darn well know ppl want more )
and they should only cost 1 venture considering 99.99999% of the time its junk they return with

Dont feel bad, my retainers have never brought me back any dyes.
They did however bring me back a glazenut and a diamond tear so not all bad ^^
