    A question about price resetting.

    I have a buddy that has a fc house in a ward 1 plot and paid around 4-6 million for it. He is moving the fc to a new place but wants to buy the old house as a personal house. Once he relinquishes it will it revert to the original price? Or will it show a new depreciated price? And if a new price, around where would it be? He is on the Balmung server.

    It'll revert to the original price, which on Balmung would be about 4-5 million for a small house. The actual price depends on the grade of the plot;
