    The Argonians from The Elder Scrolls series for a start. There are also some real world lizards that have horns.

    i have a hard time believing this, if only because a central theme of Heavensward and Shiva has been DRAGONS and they went out of their way to explain in no uncertain terms that unions between the two CAN happen.
    And they predate Shiva because the concept of it would have to exist before someone could be accused of being a witch for doing it.
    Meanwhile we DO have a "lizardman" race, and they look nothing like Au Ra.
    Basically, they have to be draconic in origin because it'd be like serving a french dinner and offering spaghetti as one of the dishes.
