It's already been toned down a bit, you should have been here at launch you earned triple xp for hq turn is now its only doubleNot to say I am not enjoying it ( Because) I am, the human minds love the easiest route for some reason! lol). Costa del sol for an HQ turn in gives you 60k exp.. I made 20 HQ Cornbread in 10-20 mins, then did a back and forth turn in ( and still going currently) and got 5 Levels in 5 mins...
I just think the EXP giving is a bit over-excessive and suggest it be tone down a bit.
There are tons of crafting classes in the game, you have to spend money to level them, of course they don't give too much EXP. I wouldn't even bother if they took as long to level as DoW.
In fact, DoW leves give so little EXP that they're pointless. I'd enjoy it if they made them harder and increased the EXP payout.

That's because they upped the amount for nq. The hq rewards went up from what they were with that update; they're just not triple the new nq reward anymore.

/agreedSo you want to level it to 50 then pull the ladder up behind you? Not everyone has an easy time making HQ turn-ins, they require decent gear and a fair amount of cross-class skills to pull off. Yes it's a good chunk of xp, be happy about it and don't try and ruin it for those that come after.
its fine as is
♥ MORE HIGH HEELS + INSTANCED HOUSING! ♥!

Guy complaining about leves giving too much exp after having done it on 1 out of 8 crafting classes from level 30-35.
Try doing leves from level 25-50 on 8 crafting classes. Then complain about 400+ leve allowances.
You'll end up grinding most of your crafting level anyway, leves are just there for convenience. If you don't like it, don't use it, they're not necessary. I only used leves on 2 of my crafting classes anyway.
Seriously, I know some people who don't use teleports because it takes away from the immersive experience or whatever (don't ask me, i don't understand it) but when they make such complaints, they really opt out of using such services..
Leves are really good for exp, but I don't think anyone is playing crafting classes for the leveling process. The quicker you get them to 50 the less likely you'll go insane.
It take so much time... If you gather everything yourself, since I am low on money. That is how I have to do it.
And take me lots of time...
This morning 3 hours boar skin farming, only 31 HQ...
I give up on HQ crafting, to get enough HQ items to make HQ crafts take so much time...
Please don't lower xp of leves, I am already go insane. And I have weaver and gold Smith at 50 and rest on 30...
Ixal tribe quests I try to do everyday...
I am now at 62 leves... Most leves I have done at nq because HQ drives me insane, the gathering, the time to make HQ... It is not difficult with right gear and HQ items, but all in all it takes huge amount of time....
If you can afford to buy all items or let friends make it, than xp is too much yes... But if you do it all on your own, it is so time consuming.
And I don't even speak about the star crafting....
I got all battle jobs 50 in much less time.
No way lol. It's the only reason why I'm planning to level another Crafter.
The GATHERING Leves need a serious increase in EXP. It's the most arduous, tedious, annoying thing in the game. It's like leveling a DoW/DoM strictly through killing monsters. It's horrible.
I doubt you'll be saying that when you realize that you'll need to level up... Basically all the crafting jobs just for the one crafting job you actually want to level. Same goes with other classes (I mean jeeze, get to lvl 50 with scholar and then am told I have to level conjurer to 36 and thaumaturge to 26 for skills that I need for endgame stuff... I just don't understand this system of forcing people to level up classes that they most likely have no interest in since they didn't roll it as their main class). Not to say I am not enjoying it ( Because) I am, the human minds love the easiest route for some reason! lol). Costa del sol for an HQ turn in gives you 60k exp.. I made 20 HQ Cornbread in 10-20 mins, then did a back and forth turn in ( and still going currently) and got 5 Levels in 5 mins...
