We don't have a heavy or a slow, which are the same thing anyway.

Doton gives a 40% heavy.
The difference between heavy and slow is, that heavy reduces movement speed and slow reduces attack speed. They are not the same thing.
For example DRGs feint gives slow but not heavy.
