Things that really "Brighten my day"

I figure since we have a thread dedicated to the pet peeves that annoy us in ffxiv, the community deserves a chance to say the behaviors that they appreciate, but is often taken for granted.

-When the tank makes sure to mark target order.

-Players that take the time to explain boss fights to those that are running the dungeon/trial for the first time

-Players that keep a good sense of humor if the run is going sour.

-Healers that take the time and perception to heal, esuna/leeches, and revive players not in their party during large open-world content such as hunts and odin.

-Dps that pop potions/self-heals to take some pressure off the healers.

-Caster dps that help heal if shit hits the fan and it looks like the healer is being overwhelmed.

Yeah, I'm still new but I'm trying to train myself to do this from day one. It's incredibly counterintuitive though to be running towards more enemies, lol.

Me, I like when a tank marks enemies in order, I'm methodical like that.
Or when you're in a Fate and people are healing.

"First Timers" that are good at following the more experienced people without direction.

NINs that Goad tanks in long fights... (also makes me think of another for that other thread...)

The problem Ninjas using Goad on tanks in long fights is that the other melee will need TP as well. If a monk or dragoon doesn't have TP, they can't do their job. If a tank doesn't have TP, he has done his job well enough to not have to worry about losing hate and can do other things while he waits a few ticks for TP. You have that full MP pool, might as well use it if you don't have TP.

I've actually run into a few "worst case scenarios" where I've depleted MP & TP, SCH is twiddling thumbs and letting fairy heal from the room entrance, its bad enough I have to ask for a goad to keep TP up enough to hit my MP combo and keep myself alive with SS/cures. Rest of that run I tanked mobs on top of the healer just so I could get healed by the fairy...
Unlike melee DDs, tanks don't have Invigorate. Do we HAVE to have goad? No, but it the above worst-case scenarios it's needed. I've also had NINs refuse to goad for no reason, where its NIN & BLM/SMN so there's no excuse. Bad NINs? Most likely, but again another of those worst case scenarios.

When I'm tanking and a CNJ/WHM uses Fluid Aura to knock a stray enemy back into my range.

Also does Foe's Requiem when the healer is trying to help dps mobs down . I like BRDs who Foe's on the boss so that you can get some extra dps in!
