Magical girl glamour (help?)

OK, so, I wanted to try and make a nondescript magical girl glamour set for my THM based on the Heartless staff that's available in the Gold Saucer. But I ran into a problem! There aren't nearly enough frilly/flowery tops and even less skirts in the game, especially that THM can wear.

But I'm posting here in the hopes someone else has some clever combination for body/legs items that would be more suitable.

The wedding dresses have lots of frills on them and can look pretty good as caster gear when dressed up with other gear like a circlet or even one of the caster hats.

remember that a lot of magical girls have SHORT skirts.
The Evenstar Top matches this pretty well. You can also use the sailor top if you wanna go "sailor moon"

Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is the valentione dress in the cash shop and some tights and dress shoes of some sort.

Depends what you are looking for as Magical Girl there are all types what it could look it although 1 Magical Girl stands out to me for having so many different looks and that's Sakura from Card Captor Sakura.

Just search engine CCS Sakura Costumes and see if anything takes your fancy.

Edit: you won't get exact matches but there is enough in game items to get a feel of a certain outfits.

SE made horrible mage clothes in this game, mostly we have to wear some boring nun robe and have to cover every inch of the body, dressed from head to toe.

I can't take it anymore and I'm sick of having nothing to wear so I just stop playing mages and play ninja as my new main now.

mages in other MMOs look so beautiful. mages in FFXIV.... boring. I feel like being bullied like some religion rules that force women to cover everything.
