Looking for a new sever to move to

So ima a ilvl 128 ninja looking to move to a new server and thought i would use this to ask other ppl about their homes im looking for a newer based server one thats not so big and the market boards not complete trash im not looking to join a legacy sever and i have about 8 friends that are moving with me and we plan to set up a new fc so any info about your server they may match even close to what im looking for plz let me know xD

Well I'm always trying to get to people to move to Lich.

Not legacy but still nice server, not overly crowded but not empty. Many people attempting Final Coil (I see adds for it all the time). Mid and large house plots are still available in each ward (I think Lavender Beds...haven't checked, definitely the other two) so you can get an FC house if you'd like.
From the sound of it the MB is all right, a bit cheaper than the really high pop servers. Never locked out when I try to get in, nor is it restricted. The most I run into is a "World Full" message, then I try again right away and I'm in.

It is EU so if you're from the USA you may see a bit less activity, though I don't find too many issues with this.

Being in the US and playing on a EU server due to the location would that leave more more open to lag with the wide range location difference?

Well it doesn't matter at the moment because all the servers are in Canada for the NA/EU centers.

I believe they are moving the EU servers to Germany in 3.0.

Adamantoise is a good server. Very active pretty much around the clock. 3am pst-8am pst is probably the slowest. Balmung is an awesome Legacy server, but it's a chore to get a character on there. I've been playing an alt on Balmung for a week and have not received one RMT tell. It's wonderful.

Yes, I saw that qualifier but I doubt the OP wants to move servers again in 3 months when his ping rate suddenly triples.

OP, come to Midgard. It's a quirky server with a lot of very nice people. The active pop is a little smaller so you will eventually come to know most everyone. There are also still some large and medium houses available for your fc.

Ultros's population actually has been decreasing a bit recently due to some of our larger FC's moving to servers like Balmung and Gilgamesh. In my opinion we have a fairly nice community, I'm actually part of a LS that's dedicated to end-game content and assisting people with clearing that content like T9 and Ex primals. A drawback to ours though is that we have a large population of 4-star crafters who like to manipulate the MB, though there are others who try to mess with the ones who try to manipulate it. I feel like the MB manipulation will probably die down once 3.0 hits and the crafters (based on what we've heard) are gonna have to pick specific crafts to specialize in.
