Things that really "Grinds my gear"

I could go on, and on. But most people would rather have more Zodiac/dungeon and raids complaints. Both I rarely do because I prefer raising gil. Anyone got anything?

So you dont like some of the most skilled healers in the game who keep everyone alive and provide respectable dps (or overpowered in respect to WHM and holy spamming in dungeons).

I have one, something that grinds my gears: people who complain about Healers dps'ing without understanding whats happening really or the skill level required by healers to heal and dps (final coil and sch having to dps as well as heal anyone?).

NINs that randomly goad other DDs just before a boss fight, and complain when I ask for goad during it when I need it.

Healers(SCHs especially) that just stand there and ONLY heal when your HP drops below 1/2. I'm talking about the ones that don't even DPS.
SCHs specifically: just stand there and don't do anything while Eos/Selene heals. Also SCHs that stand so far away from bosses that their fairy doesn't heal the tank. Or that never place their fairy on a boss where the tank has to dance in & out of an AoE but returns to the same place. Or that don't have Stoneskin, and complain when I buff myself with it (Post-34 WHMs too), cuase they just leveled CNJ enough to unlock SCH.

I far prefer caster LB on big trash pull vs Melee Lb on dungeon boss, and far far prefer it over the LB not getting used the entire dungeon until last boss is at 10%.

I love when healers dps.

I didnt worked for my gears so a healer shows up and spamming holys and letting dps classes look stupid and useless!
Whenever I have a "healer" like that, I dont dodge Zoned atks at all to force me healing! >:'P

I hope a certain patch makes the skill "Cleric stance" in dungeons useless - locked. >_>

Before I unlocked stoneskin and I notice someone else had it while I was healing, I would sometimes ask them to SS people...because god it's such a nice skill..........

I hate going to detail.....
The Healer DPS is when a Healer is attacking his own enemy or too close to enemy to DPS while everyones health drains.

I've had 3 situations with bad healer who mostly DPS and only healed when we asked.

Did anyone die? If not then they're not bad healers. Bad healers sit there doing nothing and heal maybe every 10 seconds playing whack a mole with HP bars, good healers do other things in that 10 seconds. You hate going into detail because your position is not defensible.

I'm half expecting someone to say "bards who play foes because it lowers your DPS by 50%" soon because it seems people here are the ones giving DF groups bad advice and providing all those horror stories on reddit.
