When rolling Need on an item

The system is fine as it is, would be more effort than it's worth to recode the loot system just for that. You can always ask people to hurry up with their rolls if taking too long but there is a legitimate reason why people sometimes wait on loot rolls (which already has a timer on it), due to people abusing the vote kick system so they have better chance at the next drop or replacing that person with one of their friends for specific bosses. Generally though people would oblige if asked them to roll sooner but there is a good reason why some choose not to instantly roll and as such just ask them to roll. It is also possible people sometimes forget to roll, again asking them solves this so the system does not need recoding.
