It's the exact same Rotation, without CT. If you want to, to avoid DoT clipping with Phlebotomize and to practice the button presses for when you're 50, (pls don't kill me for this other DRGs) add Fracture to replace CT. It'll just make everything flow better.
So it'll be:
H ID F P TTT
H TTT F P ID
H TTT P TTT
etc.
In all seriousness that's quite the clever thing to use to practice!
