Unless you're a Caster/Healer and also a Roegadyn or Highlander.
I wouldn't mind there being gear I don't instantly have an urge to replace with glamour (I've gone back to using the augmented BLM AF, which is actually a pretty decent looking BLM gear set).
A debate on debating...
Opinions on being opinionated...

I feel that as a Cis White Female©, any additional variety in gear for both genders would be a welcome addition.
Also, we can all vanity our armor with bikinis of varying styles. Even guys.
https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/strawmanThanks for proving my point. Your intention is to stifle debate by brushing every single poster with an opposing viewpoint as 'unreasonable' and 'whiny'. If you cannot see why that is false or a problem then there's little point in engaging you. It isn't at all surprising, though, by any means - as I stated in my previous post it's par the course for a troubling number of those throwing their weight behind 'social justice'.
Where did I imply that every poster's viewpoint in this thread is unreasonable and whiny. It's also funny how you quoted 'unreasonable' even thought I never uttered that word.
But aside from that, please enlighten me on what compelling discussion is to be had with this thread? The OP implies that the game is too 'feminine', and that was debunked even at the second post. Now we are discussing about how a small number of class gear doesn't look masculine on a very specific type of character? Maybe there is a small amount of merit to that (it could really be its own thread, imo), but it really doesn't relate to the game at large, as what the OP was implying.
I like the way the game looks, minus the mandated mini-skirts for BLM guys at some levels.
I changed from Female to Male for RP reasons, and then back to Female because the guy BLM gear made me look like I was a cross-dresser. Nothing wrong with cross-dressing, just not who I want my character to be.
I fail to see why this requires a special label since it is the biological default. It appears to me that anyone talking about Cisgender, Cis-male or Cis-female is doing so because they have an agenda because there's no neec to make those distinctions, just as there is no need (or should not be) to make other sorts of distinction. People are people. In game i'll address people based on their name and apparent gender, just as I will IRL, unless they ask me to do otherwise.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cisgender
basically people whose gender identity matches with those assigned at birth.
This is how I roll. If the character is male, I'mma call you a "he" unless you tell me not too. If you are a female character I will call you a female unless you tell me not to.
I just assume your gender is your character and that's that. Assuming every character in the game is a male, for example is rude imo or ignorant. Because some people(women) may not want to be branded a male just because "oh catgirl".
This is my first MMO... as a female, it is really annoying when the most important thing in the entire game is you RL gender! It's all people talk about I feel..
Put this in spoilers because when I said " people", what I wanted to say was men. Because none of my female friends ever blabber about who's a male or female.
Yeah, it kinda is (a biological default). You are making a huge assumption about what I am saying. I said nothing abou transgender individuals, nor does a biological default rule out exceptions such as transgender, but really you have to be intentionally blind if you cannot accept biological defaults. That does not in any way impune transgender individuals, nor would I do so. I didn't say or imply transgenderism is some phase - as your linked article discusses. The existence of a default condition doesn't exclude other outcomes.
Well, this escalated quickly.
From an question about femininity over the OP probably not knowing about the actual holiday in Japan to trans-gender debates.
I think Trump is building a wall at some point.
(I figure if we're gonna derail a thread, lets go all out.)
