As the title says...been stuck (as well as others there is a thread in the General Discussion) on the loading screen for roughly 15-20 minutes.

The location of last log out doesn't seem to matter as it seems everywhere:
South Shroud
Old Gridania
Gold Saucer
Mist
etc
