Playstation 4 - Frame Rate Issue Problem

Count yourself lucky and leave this thread because it's only for those that have the problem.

I highly doubt they don't have FPS issues. People who say this are either oblivious to the drops and don't notice it because the game has ALWAYS worked like this on the respective console or they just don't accept that their platform has issues.
