Stuck on loading screen (Leviathan)

How is it server congestion though if there are less than 100 people online (according to some posts here)?

Yeah, loaded on my alt (who is in a housing ward!), and according to the player search there are 87 people online (not counting any in dungeons).

coz the moment you are placed in the data center login, that some people here experienced, you are placed in a queue. That's an indication, 2. being stuck in loading screen also tell you this. I dunno if you know anything about networking but being stuck while loading is already a port problem.

No, I just expect everyone to be mature and channel their frustration in the correct mediums, not by badgering customer service reps (who are in fact real people with feelings) and blaming them for your inability to play a video game.

There's currently 83 people online in Leviathan. They are all in The Goblet, Mist or Lavender Beds. ALL OF THEM.

that's cute to preach good feelings and will 24/7 but that my friend is not something possible. And before U assume I am mean to a CS rep by saying there management is terrible by all means u r welcome to think what u want. the whole "real people with feeling" stuff goes both ways love.

I don't think anyone expects you to be "sunshine and rainbows", but its like talking to your server at a restaurant. If you are overly rude you may end up with spit in your food... this rep might just spit in the server now!!!! (jk)

Well... Finally they are admitting defeat. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I also work for a ISP and it made me laugh reading this thread and informations given that it must be our provider's fault.

In any case, it is only a matter of time now! Currently under investigation.

They are either too slow to confirm it is a problem or they do internal server test first before they say it is a problem.
