    Agent Jordan: Hello. I am currently performing a "Trace-Route" connection test to your Public IP address to see if there may be a communication error to the SE servers/data centers.
    You: feel free to but u may wanna do it to everyone regiestered to SE levi server except the umm ec i ask hubby how many on atm and stuck in "housing zones ONLY" just for u
    You: there are a grand total of 89 on all of levi server which EVERY single one is in housing server ONLY, levi beds, goblet ect
    You: hubby being one of them couse i warned him

    You: people posted more than enough proof and cause your issue is around the main zones not ISP
    Agent Jordan: We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It will be forwarded to the appropriate party. Please attempt to continue trying to resolve the issue locally while we report this issue to development and management.
    Agent Jordan: And as it turns out, there definitely seems to be a connection issue. It seems, as your ISP is attempting to connect to certain "Hops", the connection requests are "timing-out", which definitely is causing your inability to re-connect to the server.
    Agent Jordan: Out of 30 Total "Hops", you're losing connection at #8, #11, #14 through #30. This is proving to no longer be an issue with the game or your PC, but rather with your Network settings. This is something that Square Enix cannot fix as we are not an Internet Service Provider. You will need to request your ISP to have your network settings re-routed.
    You: well probably not help i am stuck on your "now loading" screen
    You: no offence my roomate own the whole internet company he already trouble shooted it public IP everythin NO firewalls are up everything is down on my end

    You: so the fact I can lon into ANY server but Levi now means nothing thats cute
    You: and the fact that the ONLY people able to get on Levi server are all in housing zones only becouse ONCE we leave we get the loading screen of doom
    Agent Jordan: Yes, many user have been contacting us and the issue tends to fall with the same disconnection issue with certain zayo.com servers.
    Agent Jordan: This is something that your ISP will need to re-route on their end to alleviate your "loading" issue.
    You: and then how we fix "your" issue

    I understand that you are upset, heck we all are. But as someone who works customer service... We as service agents do not really get "all" the information and are literally advised to say we will forward it. =[ I wouldn't nail the blame on the support reps as they are just the middle man.

    I know I been in CS also. why i was not as mean As i would have liked to b and blames management never them
