No, I just expect everyone to be mature and channel their frustration in the correct mediums, not by badgering customer service reps (who are in fact real people with feelings) and blaming them for your inability to play a video game.
that's cute to preach good feelings and will 24/7 but that my friend is not something possible. And before U assume I am mean to a CS rep by saying there management is terrible by all means u r welcome to think what u want. the whole "real people with feeling" stuff goes both ways love.
