Stuck on loading screen (Leviathan)

coz the moment you are placed in the data center login, that some people here experienced, you are placed in a queue. That's an indication, 2. being stuck in loading screen also tell you this. I dunno if you know anything about networking but being stuck while loading is already a port problem.

Incorrect. See my explanation above. There is a connect problem, or port problem as you put it, but it isn't congestion related at all. The issue is more along the lines of the port/connection not being able to be made by anyone rather than there being too many at once.

I picture it like a Korean (the Housing servers) is trying to talk to a Russian (the World servers), and since the Russian cant understand the Korean he just ignores him.
