Missing Legacy 1.0 Titles

Some titles from 1.0 that I should have aren't available when selecting new titles in the "Profile" section of the character screen. Is there any way to get these unlocked/restored? Certain titles such as "Notorious Monster Hunter".

Steps:
1. Checked Legacy achievements section.
2. Certain Legacy achievements confirmed unlocked.
3. Only some Legacy titles are available. Others, while listed as unlocked, are unavailable.
