Could we get the following changes:
A notification in the top right corner of the screen that shows one or more retainers has completed a venture.

A way to increase the number of ventures tokens we receive when we have three or four retainers?
The current system was designed around two retainers, and as such I constantly run out.

Finally, Retainers and Fish.
Could we just get a few elemental shards instead? Shards almost always have use.
It just does not make sense when my i100 BLM brings back carp...

I highly agree with this, it would be rather nice that a retainer brings 50-250 elemental shards (similar to treasure maps shard drop).

I also agree. If the retainers are going to bring back carp, they should at least bring back somewhat useful carp.

Having a retainer with over ilvl 100 I'm wondering why I'm still getting hippogryph~ skins and urasus* skins... I should be getting minions left and right...
