Yes, but you end up looking like every other highlander.
Here is my alternate who was suppose to be my younger version of my main who was a rough looking older highlander.

People either pick this face with goatee or Squinty Eyes McBignose with Stubble. The latter being the most popular despite this one being more classically hansome. Hansome faces just means looking like everyone else.

Yeah. It's definitely possible to create a good looking Highlander dude but the lack of real eyebrows and the inability to design them to be more on the 'young, classically handsome' side of things without looking like a clone is problematic. Hopefully the developers increase the amount of customisation for the current playable races in the next expansion. Especially if we're going to the Highlander homeland in 4.0 as hinted...
