A 10 day forum ban with a threat of further sanctions for repeat offenses including the ban of my forum account and the cancellation of my subscription.

I am betting that suspension was due to posting peoples names in images or threads saying they were bots etc. The people you listed may well have been bots but SE's rule about no naming and shaming is really just about trying to stop people harassing others in game because someone accused them of something. You don't get punished for complaining about RMT, bots, SE's policy on them or even having a go at SE for the situation, people only tend to get suspended on such issues for naming and shaming people. You should see some of the mean things I said about SE's policy on bots and RMT, their special task force too in my past created threads or post history yet I have never been suspended for such.
