Change TT NPC icon instead of removing on map

Like Swift I think it would be very helpful to know when any time locked NPCs are open, regardless of whether you have beaten them once or not.

I have been using a couple websites to track my progress. I just stumbled on this one today, it's laid out much better than the original one I was using:

This is the old one I was using, not bad but needs improvement. I like the NPC timers on the first link better. It just seems better organized.
