Mini Cactpot ticket window not recovered after client crash

Steps:
- Bought mini cactpot ticket
- Picked numbers before picking winning row/column
- Took screenshot
- Client crashed
- Logged back in immediately
- Mini cactpot window was not there
- 100GSP deducted for the ticket, but no winnings received

Statement:
This happened yesterday afternoon.

I purchase a mini cactpot ticket in the golden saucer. I end up picking my numbers and reveal a 1-2-3 (jackpot) in the left column. Overcome with excitement, I tried to take a screenshot of the glorious moment. When I took the screenshot, my client crashed before I was able to select the row to claim my prize. I immediately logged back in, and sure enough, the ticket window was gone. I checked my gold saucer panel and I received no winnings. However, I was charged the 100 GSP for the ticket, but was not able to collect on anything.

Shouldn't the mini cactpot window resume after a crash/logout if the row isn't selected yet? I just want to collect on the jackpot I won... Records will show this is exactly what happened. Thanks for reading,

I know it is a big downer to loose the 10k reward, but there was a dev post in the Gold Saucer board a while back. Basicly, what they said is that because people may abuse "recovery" of Mini-cactpot tickets due to forced DC nothing will be done. The server can't tell the difference between unpluging your computers network cord or a legitimate DC.

For future reference, once you pick your row and claim your prize, your cactpot ticket stays on the screen for screenshots.
