I have a hard time seeing it as Midgardsormr. I mean, we are talking about the world dragon. The father of the dragon lords, one of whom is Bahamut. A dragon who was given charge by the gods themselves to protect the source of the world's aether. The most powerful entity to ever live.

Reduces to being a horsie for adventurers? I'd be hugely disappointed with SE if this is the case.

He may be powerful but no where as near as the other dragon at this point. He was pretty much sleeping for over what 15+years. He pretty much said it going to take him time to grow back up to be powerful as he was.

I already addressed that back when 2.5 dropped in one of my emails to SE. I wasn't happy about that decision either, but what's done is done now. Gotta protect the future from suffering the same fate.

Suffering from what? Your broken immersion? I'm not pleased with how the female Au Ra appear to be turning out to be; but what's my opinion vs the masses of pleased and happy customers? Think of the big picture.
