Can accessories please be limited to jobs that benefit from it?

For example, let str/dex accessories be unequippable for mages and let int gear be unequippable for dps etc.

I've seen so many healers equip dex gear just to bypass ilvl requirements and hinder the group as a whole that it's not even funny.

"Let me sacrifice my gear that already has low stats I could use for stats that don't benefit me at all just so I can enter this instance."

Like I get it's useful for bypassing ilvl requirements but if someone can't pull their own weight to get through certain mechanics (DPS checks, heal/MP heavy fights) then it's hindering more than helping.

Tanks can wear Vit/Str/Dex/Pie No Int
DPS can wear Vit/Str/Dex/Pie No Mnd
Healers can wear Vit/Mnd/Int/Pie No Str/Dex
Casters can wear Vit/Int/Mnd/Pie No Str/Dex
