    It's not one. People had plenty of time to upgrade.
    As a matter of fact they had so much time that right now, PS4 is cheaper than when it was released and

    So after the free campaign ends, can you still purchase a ps4, then upgrade and move your character over?

    If so, then I will prolly wait until Heavensward, purchase a ps4 with the game, and upgrade then.
