Any further news Q.Q?
Nope, But I did get my Pre-Order code sent to me yesterday which was kind of nice.
https://www.mightyape.com.au/product...ition/23008874 Found this on Mighty Ape... If that's the price we're being asked to pay, just because of a statue, then no bloody way.
I'm sorry, but this is very misleading by Mighty Ape and NEEDS to be rectified:
This is FALSE advertising. This "mighty ape special offer" is actually a Square Enix offer, available with ANY CE preorder from ANY retailer.... That would be like me trying to claim I have 100% IP rights to my character in XIV as it is being operated by me and not owned by SE.. lul
Surprised SE hasn't picked up on this already

A shameless grab at best, I know a few retailers who aren't above pulling stunts like that to win a couple of extra dollars...I'm sorry, but this is very misleading by Mighty Ape and NEEDS to be rectified:

Actually pre order codes apply to any version of the expansion pack, regardless of CE status. Those who want JUST these items should pre order the normal cheap digital version of the game and no even bother with the CE.I'm sorry, but this is very misleading by Mighty Ape and NEEDS to be rectified:

Trouble is, that the CE comes with other physical items that players want, and the price is obscene, even importing it from the UK does not cost anywhere near that
Yea because that doesn't happen on every site. This isn't an EB Games Exclusive, But it's still on there and it's probably a universal banner they use for all things that have a special bonus on it.I'm sorry, but this is very misleading by Mighty Ape and NEEDS to be rectified:

Nit picking over the fact that the Collector's Edition isn't in a decent price range is fair enough, But there's no reason to try a slander a retailer over small details because your up set over it.

Agreed, that's why I said if they wanted JUST those pre order items.
Personally, I do want the extra physical goodies. I've paid a friend in NA to get me a CE there and send it here and use the codes himself since I can't use them here, while I've pre ordered the digital CE. It's still coming out much cheaper than we're supposed to pay here in the entertainment rear end of the world.
Amen there. But it borders on the good graces of consumer laws down here to gouge the prices so much, just did a quick currency check, the CE from the UK store is 120 pounds, or $230 dollars, to see the only retailer who has the CE up for order add over $100 to that price is just obscene.Agreed, that's why I said if they wanted JUST those pre order items.
