Heavensward CE preorders not being released in AUS???

Sounds like EB games is being derpy. They're sold out of the CE for Type-0, and it sounds like that's what they think you're talking about.

They haven't got Heavensward up on their website at all, so most employees wouldn't even know of it's existence yet :P

Actually, they were derpy with that too. Supposedly they were sold out of the PS4 version (but had XBOne which I got worrying they'd sell out of it too), then the XBOne version (but the PS4 version was then available again), then both.

The digital collector's is up on our APAC SE site. I refused to give EB games money after their stupidity, how can they not even look at IGN or Kotaku at the very least since they bloody well work in a video game store? ><

If I'd known this topic existed I wouldn't have just called out SE in the "Fix the Store" topic. Any idea when we can expect retailers to receive the info for the pre-orders? After speaking to EB Games they said they were specifically waiting on SE to give them that info.

So, I just pre-ordered my first download from the Aussie SE online store: the Heavensward CE. Does anyone have any experience doing this sort of thing? How did this stuff work with FFXI expansions? Just curious what to expect. Will the expansion pack just be automatically added to my account and downloaded like a patch by the game on/before release day?

We can confirm that the physical (boxed) Collector's Edition will definitely be available at certain retailers (EB Games included) in Australia and New Zealand.
Please rest assured that we will share additional information on retailers and pre-order start dates when available.

It's really just up to EB and other retailers to announce it on their sites.

my partner rang me this morning when opened the store..

eb games australia is taking preorders on standard editions nows but no CE edition is in there system as yet

edit - forgot to mention she said you could always preorder a standard edition n upgrade it to CE once its in the system aslong as its b4 the actual release date so they know how many to send to your store etc so its a start i guess mayb soon will have the CE in system since standard hasnt been til 2days

I think I will do the same. Without a an actual listing I am still a bit skeptic to put down the money so far. Though I hope it won't be too long before it updates.
