    Can't start "This times for fun"

    As the title says can't get the quest and i need it for the Halatali hard mode. Tried contacting support they sent me here. So anyone got any ideas?

    As far as I know the only requirements to start this quest are clearing the 2.0 story (ends with "The Ultimate Weapon" quest) and the normal Halatali (level 20 optional dungeon).
