    Little Ladies' Day 2015

    What triggered the 3rd quest's appearance? Do there have to be a certain number of dolls on the display? But if that's the case it seems like it should have been available day 1 just from half the server doing it 1 time each. Or does it take several turn-ins to make 1 doll show up?

    Or am I overthinking it, and it just came in for the second week?

    All dolls need to be on display yes.

    it takes many many more then 1 time each to have all dolls appear though.

    I believe there are 10 dolls in total?...pretty sure on that. it took quite a few days for some of the busiest servers to open the quest.
