Incorrect. BTW I always respond, but still your statement is incorrect. NO one can be forced to forfeit anything, much less their right to speak up and complain now or later. Just look at how many people that didn't vote and still complain about Obama. And don't be surprised when they do the opposite of what you'd like in protest.

I would encourage those who can respond to respond, but you can not assume that they will, and you can not impose that responsibility to them, any more than a telemarketer can impose that responsibility to you to answer their robo-calls.
