"Any Way the Wind Blows" GATE mechanics

This GATE popped up this morning on Siren. Only three people arrived to attempted it and because of that I think we were able to learn a bit about the mechanics.

• Typhon actively targets a random person and will use an AoE that will hit his target's starting position.
• The AoEs seem to have an invisible cast before the freeze occurs so you can move out of them if you are targeted.

Interesting to know, although sadly impossible to put that knowledge to good use, as long as the place is crowded.

I've done this GATE, I swear to god, at least two dozen times and I don't think I have even done 5 successfully yet.

The whole point is not getting hit to begin with.

I can confirm this is not the case. On Ultros this morning there were three participants including myself. The other two players were snorted off on snort #1 and #3 leaving me alone for the last two. I didn't move for the duration of the gate and completed it successfully. I hope this helps alleviate the concerns of those questioning their self worth after going zero for x against Chupon`s secretions.
