The only ones crying about rng are the ones who refuse to raid for their weapons and grind 8 relics, that's a choice you made, you knew what you were in for as did i which is why non of my relics are higher than +1. Relics are a casual time sink something to keep people who dont raid continuing their sub, if relics had zero rng they wouldn't be doing that job anymore. If you think the relic here is bad go sub ffxi and repost again in 8 months when you get the first stage of the relic complete.

You know absolutely nothing of which you speak. Let me hearken back to T9. My weapon didn't drop until January, a couple months after the Second Coil has been unlocked. I had it on farm back in August. RNG based rewards are horrible. There, your first nearsighted argument is lost.
Relic are for casuals? I'm pretty sure the Lilith Rod Zeta is BiS. I'm pretty sure several other classes have their respective Zeta's as their BiS. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take a week or 2 to learn and progress through T13, and obtain your weapon.

The ONLY thing I agree on, is that there are numerous other complaint posts about Relic RNG

I cry about RNG all the time, and I've been an endgame raider since 2.3. In all my time and clears in FCoB, I have 2 pieces of loot. 1 of which I don't even use on any of my gear sets I use.

RNG has treated you nice. My static is working on T12 and to date I got exactly 0 drop and 0 need rolls either, it was always for some other class or some other members secondary.

I've seen nothing but melee in coil, can gear up a drg and our nin is almost fully geared from coil. Everyone else has gotten 6+ items from coil. While me and the poor blm have 2 items from coil.

If machinist has separate gear the loot tables will be terrible
